Just wanted to post a pic of the little swatch I knitted. 
It isn't much, but it's more than I ever imagine possible. I wanted to say Thank you !! To Sasha, the Stitch & b*tch book rocks, and explains things so easily. It is now on my Christmas list, since I'll have to return my copy to the library soon 
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn.

13That's fabulous! I'll definitely have to either buy it or get it out of the library. I'm avoiding the library at the moment - I have a ton of fines! But I'll have some time coming up soon to learn!
14I tried to learn knitting last year but we were doing it at work over lunch hour and my appointments don't always revolve around a set lunch hour so I eventually got too far behind. But one of these dyas I'll re-learn.. or, rather, finish learning.
